HELITM  PVC foaming regulator K-400 is actually a special acrylic processing aid

developed  by our R&D center. The only defference between foaming regulator and procesing aid is that the molecular weight of K400 is very higher than that of processing aid.owing to it has the higher molecular weight and viscosity,it can efficiently increase the melt strength of PVC so as to prevent from bubble amalganation for obtaining even foaming Products.

In addition,in PVC added HELITM K400,it can ensure perfect flow of melt for obtaining good appearance of the products.

application field:

HELITM K-400 is mainly used to produce PVC foaming products with Hi-luster surface and lower foam density,such as PVC foaming sheet,PVC foaming board,PVC foaming pipe etc..

packing:20kg /bag PP Valve bag with PE liner or 500kg/sack PP bag with PE liner.

Remarks:our HL-K200 is equivalent to K-400.
